(2016) A GUI for processing data generated by Affymetrix Expression Console as well as some meta-data, rendering them as a prelminary Array Performance Summary (APS), and reporting other important information, such as whether any samples were given duplicate names and whether any errors or re-runs occurred at the fluidics station. Stripped of PHI and proprietary information of tools I created at OHSU.
